Recipe: Cinna Pan Rolls



This recipe was submitted by one of our Amish caregivers. A fun twist on traditional cinnamon rolls! This would be great for breakfast along with some eggs, fruit, and yogurt!


Ingredients:

2 Tbsp yeast- equal to 2 packs

2 1/4 cups warm water (110-115 degrees)

3 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

3 Tbsp oil of your choice

5 1/2-6 cups flour


Directions:

Mix the flour and yeast. Add the rest of the ingredients. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick rectangle and put on a cookie sheet or rimmed pan. Spread melted butter over the top. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with icing of your choice.

*Do not overbake!
