Heath and Lindsay Gentis opened HomeCourt Home Care in 2017 when they saw a need for quality home care in their community. Lindsay is in charge of operations and leads the company with expertise. She will also do in-home assessments with prospective clients.
Laura is in charge of marketing and community relations. She will meet new clients in their homes to do a free assessment and is an all around helpful resource of information. You will also see her throughout the community at local events as the face of HomeCourt Home Care.
Jama supervises our caregivers and the scheduling department. She is an experienced caregiver and is a great resource to our caregivers and clients. She goes out in the field, visiting clients and caregivers at the homes and provides training and support.
Jessica is one of our schedulers. She coordinates shifts for clients and caregivers. The two schedulers work very closely with each other to make sure our clients receive the best care possible. They make it a priority to get to know our caregivers to know where they would be a good fit.
Amy's job is find new caregivers to join our team. She recruits, interviews, and is the first person to talk to if someone is interested in working for us. She will also be at career events and out in the community.
Haley greets visitors when they come in the office, answers the phones, and supports the other office staff with administrative duties and keeps things running smoothly.
Joy is our main driver that takes our Amish caregivers to and from clients' houses. She also helps recruit and fill shifts. She does a great job making sure our caregivers get to their shifts on time.
