Calling us is the first step! Whether you already understand your payor benefits and know what you qualify for, or if you're seeking information, we welcome all questions! Laura will be your first point of contact to discuss how we can assist you. She will provide you with information and recommend the best services tailored to your specific needs.

Referrals
If you are currently collaborating with a case manager from your provider, we will reach out to them to initiate the necessary paperwork. If you're just beginning the process, we can submit a referral on your behalf.
If you are seeking services independently of any provider sources, we can proceed to the next step.

Intake
The intake process for clients and caregivers can be completed from the comfort of your home at a time that suits you best. We strive to simplify this process, and we believe that visiting you to handle the paperwork is a key part of that!

Starting Services
Following the intake, our team reviews the paperwork and begins crafting a tailored plan that meets your specific needs. We provide ongoing support and open communication. We are available by phone, email, or text!
