Dinner- Ground Beef and Cabbage
This will remind you on good home cookin'
1 large head cabbage, finely chopped
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes in juice
1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 lb lean ground beef
Combine the cabbage, tomatoes with juice, onion, seasonings in a large pot over low heat and bring to a simmer.
Crumble the ground beef into the pot.
Cover and cook until the cabbage is tender and the ground beef is cooked through, about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
