Dinner- Beef and Noodles
The very definition of comfort food!
¾ lb ground beef, 85% lean
1 ½ cups water (can take up to 2 cups water)
2 cups egg noodles, uncooked (or any pasta)
7 portions of Eating Smart Seasoning Mix (½ cup)
Salt (optional)
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain the fat.
Add water, egg noodles or pasta, and seasoning mix. Stir.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
Taste, then add a small amount of salt, if needed.
