Dinner- Barbeque Pork Sheet Pan Dinner

1 pound boneless pork chops (4- 4 oz. chops)
¼ cup barbecue sauce (omit for diabetics, and sprinkle with seasoning instead)
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced (about 4 cups)
2 Tablespoons oil, divided
2 Tablespoons salt-free steak seasoning, divided
1 pound broccoli, cut into florets (or other vegetables like cauliflower, brussel sprouts, etc.)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Coat the pork chops on both sides with barbecue sauce and place them in the middle of the prepared baking sheet.
Place the sweet potatoes in a medium bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of the seasoning. Spread the potatoes onto one side of the baking sheet.
In the same bowl, add the vegetables and toss with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of seasoning. Spread the vegetables on the other side of the baking sheet.
Bake until the pork chops are fully cooked and the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
