Dinner- 2-Step Chicken
2 Steps- it can't get much easier than that!
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup, low-sodium if needed
½ cup water
Heat oil in a skillet at medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Stir the soup and water together in the skillet and heat to a boil. (Can add Eating Smart Seasoning Mix for more flavor, if desired)
Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
